God is a marvelous Provider. Whatever it is you need, God is the One to turn to for it.
Thank you for all of your encouragement and prayers. We released this Provide song & video on July 1st…!
The Provide song has a special story… I’ve been excited to share it with you for quite some time now.
In 2009-2010 is when God gave me this song. Back then, Rosa & I had gone to a conference and the speaker was sharing from Mark chapter 11:22-26:
And Yeshua answering said unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he says. Therefore I say unto you, Whatsoever things you desire, when you pray, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them. And when you stand praying, forgive, if you have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your transgressions.
The speaker at this conference spoke about Mark chapter 11 this way, “I believe, I will, I take it, I have it, I thank You for it, I forgive.”
I wrote a song that combined this message together with the passage from Isaiah 43 that says, “I am making a way in the desert, and streams in the wilderness.”
The song is about God’s provision and faithfulness.
The amazing thing is that this song came to me just slightly before Rosa & I began to realize that God was leading us out to Tucson, Arizona for me to join the doctoral program in choral conducting there. Tucson is literally in the desert, and studying in doctoral school for over three years was a challenging yet special time for the Silverman family. I recall walking through the streets in Tucson singing over and over again to myself, “I believe, I will, I take it [the provisions and blessings that God has for us], I have it, I thank You for it, I forgive.”
God was literally “making a way in the desert” for our family. He provided graciously and miraculously. HalleluYah!
Has He been a faithful Provider for you and your household? I stand in agreement for God’s blessings in all different areas of life for you, in Yeshua’s Name.
Would you pray for us as we bring this song and message to those God wants to reach?
Shabbat Shalom from our family to yours,
